Tell us which room type you are interested in and share your contact details so we can help.
2. Availability & viewing
We will confirm what is available and arrange a viewing if you would like one.
3. Holding fee
Pay the booking/holding fee to reserve your room (credited towards your first rent payment where applicable).
4. Guarantor
Provide guarantor details so we can complete the checks needed for your tenancy.
5. Sign
